In short
Nothing is charged until you confirm your plan and price on WhatsApp. If you cancel before your SIM is activated or your number is issued, you get a full refund of anything paid. Once a line is activated, Etisalat's standard service terms apply.

How ordering works
- Pick a plan with our plan finder and (optionally) a VIP number.
- Confirm the plan, number and final price with us on WhatsApp. We confirm the exact price before any payment — promotional prices are set by Etisalat and confirmed at the time of order.
- We deliver and activate your SIM — same day in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.
Cancellations & refunds
- Before activation: If you cancel before the SIM is activated or the number is issued, any amount paid is fully refundable.
- VIP number reservations: A number you select can be held briefly while you decide. If you cancel before it is issued, any reservation amount paid is refunded.
- Wrong or faulty SIM: If we deliver the wrong plan/number or a faulty SIM, we replace it at no cost.
- After activation: Once a line is activated, the plan is a live Etisalat (e&) service and is governed by Etisalat's standard postpaid terms and billing. Monthly plan charges are billed by Etisalat, not by Postpaid Plans UAE.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days of approval.
Pricing & accuracy
Plan names, inclusions and promotional prices are set by Etisalat (e&) and may change. We always confirm the current price with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Postpaid Plans UAE is an Official e& partner and authorized Etisalat dealer; we are not Emirates Telecommunications Group Company (e&) PJSC itself.
