In short

Nothing is charged until you confirm your plan and price on WhatsApp. If you cancel before your SIM is activated or your number is issued, you get a full refund of anything paid. Once a line is activated, Etisalat's standard service terms apply.

How to contact us

How ordering works

  1. Pick a plan with our plan finder and (optionally) a VIP number.
  2. Confirm the plan, number and final price with us on WhatsApp. We confirm the exact price before any payment — promotional prices are set by Etisalat and confirmed at the time of order.
  3. We deliver and activate your SIM — same day in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.

Cancellations & refunds

Refunds are issued through the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days of approval.

Pricing & accuracy

Plan names, inclusions and promotional prices are set by Etisalat (e&) and may change. We always confirm the current price with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Postpaid Plans UAE is an Official e& partner and authorized Etisalat dealer; we are not Emirates Telecommunications Group Company (e&) PJSC itself.
